These Terms of Use govern the use of the ProPools application, provided by ProPools to its staff and clients.

- Access is personal and non-transferable and is created by ProPools.
- Users must keep their password confidential and report any misuse of their account immediately.
- ProPools may suspend or deactivate accounts in case of misuse or when the relationship with the user ends.
3. Use of the Application
Users agree to use the application lawfully and according to their role, to record truthful information, and not to try to access other users' data or compromise the security of the application.
4. Information for Clients
The information made available to clients (pool status, maintenance records, alerts) is for information only. The conditions of the services are those set out in the contract or quote agreed with ProPools.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the application available and free of errors, but interruptions may occur, for example during updates or server maintenance. Notifications depend on the device, the internet connection and third-party services, so they may be delayed.
6. Intellectual Property
The application is software licensed to ProPools and protected by copyright. Copying, modifying or trying to extract its code is not permitted. The content entered (records, photos, documents) belongs to ProPools and the respective owners.
7. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available in the application.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ProPools is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of the application, connection failures or third-party services.
9. Changes and Governing Law
These Terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published on this page. Portuguese law applies.
